- We are currently capping mat classes at 15 clients and aerial classes at 7.
- Pre-registration is required to guarantee your space. (Please note, if there are no sign-ups 60 minutes before class begins, the class will be canceled. If there are no sign ups for the 6:30am class by 8pm the night before, the class will be canceled).
- Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and props. If you do not have a mat, yoga blocks, or a strap, the studio has equipment you can use.
- You will need to create an account with FitDegree (our scheduling software) to book a class.

New to Yoga?
We often get asked, “I am new to Yoga, what classes should I sign up for?” While all of our classes are mixed level classes, if you are unsure of where to begin we suggest starting with either our Gentle, Yin, or Slow Flow classes. If you are looking to start your aerial yoga journey, we suggest you begin with one of our Aerial Foundations classes.
