Join Jeannie at the studio for a special Aerial Yin class! This class utilizes our Aerial Hammocks just a couple inches off the floor. The majority of the class takes place seated or reclined and combines longer holds and more restorative yoga postures with the additional use of blocks and bolsters. Combining breath work with thoughtful movements, this class is perfect for creating space within your body for a total whole-body stretch.

Have you been wanting to try yoga but unsure of where to start? Then you’re in the right place! Move Fitness is offering a 5 week beginner series to encourage you to get started in a fun, compassionate and non-judgmental class, tailored to absolute newbies!

$90 for the entire 5 week series series, or $25 individual sessions

We are so excited for an extra special Halloween themed Buti Movement class at the studio! Join Guest teacher Kyle Alcachupas for a fun filled hour guaranteed to lift your spirits and make you sweat! Buti is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning, all set to a fun Halloween themed playlist.

Glow sticks and glow body paint will be provided. Bright and light colored clothing always glows the best under the blacklight! DON'T WEAR BLACK!

Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being.

Workshop will begin with gently guiding you inside the hammock and finding a comfortable position. Once settled, Amy Spadafora will serenade you with singing bowls and metal bowls, as you lie and take it all in. Leave feeling relaxed, refocused, and refreshed.
