Join Gloria Owens for two delicious hours of gentle mindful movement & nourishing Restorative Yoga, while Beth Donovan of Sol Balance serenades you with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other sacred instruments. Gloria will guide you through a slow & sweet candlelit yoga practice including various supported Restorative Yoga poses to unravel tension, ease a busy mind, and leave you feeling refreshed. Your practice will be enhanced by Beth’s healing soundscapes that will undoubtably take you on an epic vibrational journey!

Come join us for a fun mother and child aerial yoga class at the studio. Share a fabric for an opportunity to try aerial poses one by one, and then complete some partner poses together. Focus on working together, and having fun! No aerial yoga experience necessary. Perfect for kids aged 6-11.

Join us at Renew Halotherapy for a special guided meditation and sound bath with Jessica Saraswati in the salt room. Relax on your mat or in one of the provided zero gravity chairs while Jessica guides you through a mediation practice while playing vibrational instruments including crystal bowls, all while receiving the benefits of Halotherapy.

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga, seamlessly linking movement with music. A flow is choreographed to the music, where you get to "sing the song with your body."

Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being.

Workshop will begin with gently guiding you inside the hammock and finding a comfortable position. Once settled, Beth from Sol Balance will serenade you with singing bowls and metal bowls, as you lie and take it all in. Leave feeling relaxed, refocused, and refreshed.

Join Stasia for a special 3 part look at the Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. Integrating all 8 limbs of yoga, the flowing movements between postures focus on energy and breath. While it can be a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

Throughout this series, Stasia will be breaking down the movements and the flow of the sequence with each class building upon the foundation of the other.

Join Angela Arbolino for a gentle, healing, restorative practice that is offered in the spirit of support and compassion. Grief yoga is an opportunity to release sadness and anger without expectation or judgment, designed to calm the mind and nourish the spirit.
