Move Fitness & Yoga currently offers a variety of yoga classes.
Currently, all classes are 60 minutes. Preregistration is strongly recommended.

Flow/ Warm Flow
Move’s signature class. Focusing on linking breath with movements, this vinyasa class incorporates interesting transitions to keep you challenged while targeting muscles in your entire body. Expect a full comprehensive class combining strength, mobility, balance, and core, using breath to create your own body heat from the inside out.
Warm Flow classes are heated to 80ish degrees.

Gentle
Perfect for those wanting a mellow practice with the emphasis on mindful movement, safe stretching, and relaxation. This class includes gentle warm-ups, classic and creative yoga postures (with modifications for different body types) and a blissful guided relaxation/meditation at the end. Leave feeling more balanced, peaceful and ready to face the world!

Slow Flow
The best of both worlds, this slower paced vinyasa class involves deeper stretches, longer holds, amazing feelings, and movement in between. Options provided for all levels

Stretch
Combining yoga postures with static stretching, this class uses blocks and yoga straps to work on stretching all of the areas of the body. Great for anyone who needs to stretch out their muscles from a previous workout, or needs to unwind from the week.

Yang Yin
This class is the perfect combination of both vinyasa yoga and yin. The first half of the class will work on warming the body up through movement and breath through vinyasa flow sequence, while the second half of class will focus on traditional yin poses. This will be a way to move the body and stretch the muscles, while ending stretching the connective tissues and ligaments surrounding the joints

Yin
This class connects breath work and movement to provide release of the deep muscles and create a sense of intense relaxation. The longer, passive holds work to stretch the connective tissue surrounding the joints and relax the body.
