Studio Policies

Class Pack Refund Policy 

Class packs cannot be refunded (partially or fully) after purchase. 

Class Cancellation Policy 

1. Early Cancellation: class registration canceled 2 hours before will automatically add your class pass or membership class back onto your account. 

2. Late Cancellation: class registration canceled less than 2 hours before will not be refunded. 

Event and Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy 

1. Event registration canceled 6 hours before the event will have a choice of either a full refund or an account balance. YOU MUST CONTACT THE STUDIO TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.  

2. Event registration canceled less than 6 hours before the event will not be refunded. For extenuating circumstances, we will consider an account balance refund only. You must contact the studio directly. 

Membership Policies 

1. Memberships may not be shared and are intended only for the individual signed up.

2. To cancel your membership, please email the studio. Please allow up to 14 days for request to process. 

3. Memberships cannot be refunded or prorated for past classes or months missed.
