Christine Strong

Growing up, dance and gymnastics were Christine’s outlet for physical expression, and in her late 20s she turned to yoga looking for support and community. She loves intertwining all 8 branches and their wisdom into her classes, and infuses her classes with somatic movement and breath work, helping build a stronger union with the mind, body, and spirit. She began teaching in January 2019, and thought her passion was going to be teaching the style she loved to practice, power vinyasa. She quickly realized that she finds joy and passion teaching beginners and likes helping others connect the breath and the movement together to build and strengthen their body awareness. Christine likes to take her practice all over, including the beach and her favorite, paddle-board yoga, on the water.
