We are excited to continue Sunset Beach Yoga for 2026 with classes offered the 2nd Sunday of each month. Join Karrie for this 60 min all levels class as the perfect way to start the week, connect with your body and breath, and enjoy the magical colors of the Lowcountry sunset.
Class takes place at Fish Haul Beach Park on HHI, to the left of the blue walkway. Class is FREE but donations will graciously be accepted for the instructor.
Please bring water, bug spray, and a beach towel!
*PLEASE NOTE* The Town of HHI has mandatory parking fees in effect for weekend parking and is enforced until 5pm. If you plan on coming to Fish Haul BEFORE 5pm these days, you will have to pay a $20 parking fee.
Karrie Comeau
Karrie has been teaching yoga for over 10 years in a variety of settings including studios, breweries, and distilleries. After taking an aerial yoga class almost 10 years ago in Charleston, she knew it was something she needed in her life! After becoming certified in teaching aerial yoga, she finally decided to open Move Fitness as an aerial yoga and yoga studio in January of 2020. Karrie loves to add challenging and creative sequencing to her classes to keep your mind present on the current moment. While she is not teaching or managing the studio, she enjoys practicing and performing aerial silks, spending time with her son Wyatt, and getting out on the water as often as she can!
