We are excited to continue Sunset Beach Yoga for 2025 with classes offered the 2nd Sunday of this month. Join Stasia for a 60 min all levels class and the perfect way to start the week, connect with your body and breath, and enjoy the magical colors of a Lowcountry sunset.
Class takes place at Fish Haul Beach Park on HHI, to the left of the blue walkway. Class is free but donations will graciously be accepted.
Please bring water, bug spray, and a beach towel!
*PLEASE NOTE* The Town of HHI has mandatory parking fees in effect for weekend parking and is enforced until 5pm. If you plan on coming to Fish Haul BEFORE 5pm these days, you will have to pay a $20 parking fee
Stasia Comiskey
Stasia has been teaching yoga in St. Louis since 2010 and has led weekly yoga classes for 14 years. In 2017, she began leading bi-annual Yoga Teacher trainings. She enjoys working with students 1:1 in a private lesson to guide her students to not only find depth, but also to level up to who they can be! Stasia leads workshops and enjoys participating in wellness events in the community. Stasia designs her classes for all levels of athleticism, flexibility and expertise. Her intention is to meet her students where they are, finding inclusiveness and to empower more self-acceptance. She teaches from her heart and inspires her students to find their most authentic self while building patience and equanimity.
