Move Fitness & Yoga is partnering with Beth Donovan of Sol Balance to offer a unique experience; sound healing while suspended in one of our aerial hammocks. Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being.
