
Aerial Yin
Join Jeannie at the studio for a special Aerial Yin class! This class utilizes our Aerial Hammocks just a couple inches off the floor. The majority of the class takes place seated or reclined and combines longer holds and more restorative yoga postures with the additional use of blocks and bolsters. Combining breath work with thoughtful movements, this class is perfect for creating space within your body for a total whole-body stretch.

Ashtanga Prep: A Deep Dive into Ashtanga Transitions and Elements
Join Stasia at the studio for a pop up Asthanga workshop. Ashtanga is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. Integrating all 8 limbs of yoga, the flowing movements between postures focus on energy and breath. While it can be a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.
This workshop will begin to breakdown and workshop some of the more challenging elements of the practice including but not limiting to; hop backs, jump throughs, strengthening your chatturanga, and inversions. You will leave with applicable ways to begin training these elements focusing on gaining strength and proper alignment.
