It's back! Join Gloria Owens for two delicious hours of gentle mindful movement & nourishing Restorative Yoga, while Amy Spadafora serenades you with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other sacred instruments.
Gloria will guide you through a slow & sweet candlelit yoga practice including various supported Restorative Yoga poses to unravel tension, ease a busy mind, and leave you feeling refreshed. Your practice will be enhanced by Amy’s healing soundscapes that will undoubtably take you on an epic vibrational journey! Round out the experience ending with some harmonic herbal tea to help you feel grounded.
$45/pp. Registration required, as space is limited.
Preparation:
- Wear cozy, comfortable layers (socks optional)
- Plan to eat after our session or eat lightly a few hours beforehand.
- Bring your own props if you have them
Props to bring:
The studio has mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to borrow, but we encourage you to bring your own, including the items below:
-Yoga Mat (or even two, for extra comfort)
-2 Yoga Blocks
- A warm blanket that you can use to cover yourself or roll up
-Yoga bolster or pillow
-Eye pillow or towel to cover your eyes if needed
Gloria Owens
Gloria is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor who has been teaching yoga since 1994 and practicing for close to 30 years. She owned a thriving yoga studio in Connecticut before moving to Bluffton. She particularly enjoys introducing new students to yoga in ways that are accessible, practical and inspirational! Gloria’s background as a figure skater, energy healer, philosophy geek, visual artist and natural wellness expert inform all her classes where you’ll experience joyful mindful movement, sublime self-acceptance, and a renewed sense of vitality and peace.
