Move Fitness is offering a 5 week beginner series to encourage you to get started in a fun, compassionate and non-judgmental class, tailored to absolute newbies!
Join Gloria as you learn basic yoga poses, principles of posture, breath & alignment, safe transitions between poses and how to modify the practice so that it works for your body. Along the way, we’ll cultivate flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, energy and relaxation practices. Learn to ease tension in the body, while calming the mind and soothing the soul.
Each class will end with a guided deep relaxation practice to leave you feeling grounded, inspired and nurtured.
This is the perfect opportunity to try yoga in a class designed specifically for beginners. This would also be great for those returning to yoga after a hiatus or those simply wanting a gentle, mindful practice.
$90 for the entire 5 week series series, or $25 individual sessions
