Join Angela Arbolino for a gentle, healing, restorative practice that is offered in the spirit of support and compassion. Grief yoga is an opportunity to release sadness and anger without expectation or judgment, designed to calm the mind and nourish the spirit. You will not be expected to “share” and your privacy will be respected. Please come and join us in a safe and supportive space where you can just be. You are not alone.
