Our Events

Move Fitness has a number of ongoing events, both in studio and in our community. Here are our current ongoing events.

Beer and Yoga

Start your weekends off right with our signature Flow class and a pint from your local breweries! Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Community building at it’s finest!

Southern Barrel Brewing Co. Bluffton– 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month

10:30-11:30am; $20; includes class, pint, and app

Service Brewing Co. Savannah – Last Saturday of the month

11:30-12:30pm; $15, includes class and pint

Sunset Beach Yoga

Sunsets, yoga, and the beach… couldn’t think of a better combination. Classes take place at Fish Haul Park on HHI on Sundays, and times vary with the season. Please bring a beach towel or mat, water, and bug spray! Check our Facebook page for specific dates and times.

 Beach Yoga starts back May 2, 2021 and will occur on EVERY Sunday (except July 4) through the month of August.

Paddle and Pose

Join Stand and Paddle and Move Fitness on for a stand up paddle board yoga class out on the May River. We will launch from Bluffton Oyster Factory Park for a leisurely paddle across the May River, stop at a sand bar for some yoga and to play with poses on the board, followed by a paddle back to shore. Aerial Sound Healing

We partner with Beth Donovan of Sol Balance to offer a unique experience; sound healing while suspended in one of our aerial hammocks. Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being. Beth plays a combination of both crystal and metal bowls in the ultimate hour or relaxation.
