Move Fitness has a number of ongoing events, both in studio and in our community. Here are our current ongoing events.


Beer and Yoga


Start your weekends off right with our signature Flow class and a pint from your local breweries! Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Community building at it’s finest!

Southern Barrel Brewing Co. Bluffton– 1st Saturday of the month

10:30-11:30am; $20; includes class, pint, and app

Spirit Yoga


Get in the spirit! Join us on the second Saturday of every month for a yoga class inside Burnt Church Distillery’s gorgeous location in Bluffton. Class is from 10:30-11:30am and includes your choice of either a Bloody Mary or a Screwdriver. Preregistration is required, and spots are limited. $25/person.

8/13- Spirit Yoga at Burnt Church


Sunset Beach Yoga


Sunsets, yoga, and the beach… couldn’t think of a better combination. Classes take place at Fish Haul Park on HHI on Sundays, and times vary with the season. Please bring a beach towel or mat, water, and bug spray! Classes are free but donations will be accepted. Check our Facebook page for specific dates and times.

 Summer 2022 Dates (2nd Sunday of every month):

  • August 14- 7-8pm
  • September 11- 6:30-7:30pm

Paddle and Pose


Join Stand and Paddle and Move Fitness on for a stand up paddle board yoga class out on the May River. All equipment rentals and paddle lesson included with each class. Class is 90 minutes and includes paddle out, yoga poses on the board, and a paddle back to shore. No paddling experience necessary. Please note, days and times vary due to the tides.

Aerial Sound Bath


We partner with Beth Donovan of Sol Balance to offer a unique experience; sound healing while suspended in one of our aerial hammocks. Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being. Beth plays a combination of both crystal and metal bowls in the ultimate hour or relaxation.
