Paddle and Pose

Join Stand and Paddle and Move Fitness on for a stand up paddle board yoga class out on the May River. We will launch from Bluffton Oyster Factory Park for a leisurely paddle across the May River, stop at a sand bar for some yoga and to play with poses on the board, followed by a paddle back to shore. Please check our Stand up Paddle Board page for additional information.

Upcoming Dates:  Stay tuned for dates in 2022!

Aerial Sound Healing

We partner with Beth Donovan of Sol Balance to offer a unique experience; sound healing while suspended in one of our aerial hammocks. Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being. Beth plays a combination of both crystal and metal bowls in the ultimate hour or relaxation.
